HAVASU FALLS

When one arrives near Havasupai Falls Campground, the first waterfalls that greets him/her are Navajo Falls. Although as beautiful as they are, more popular one here is definitely Havasu Falls. It’s a about 100 feet tall waterfall that plunges directly into a pool. Due to the high concentration of calcium carbonate in the water, the pool and Havasu Creek look vivid blue-green. I was quite excited to be back. I took my time taking photos there while thinking to myself what another great opportunity to photograph one of the most beautiful waterfalls in America was.
