JMT DAY 25 — KEARSARGE LAKES AT SUNRISE
Kearsarge Lakes at sunrise
Then, it came.
The sky turned pink as if some kind of a bomb went off and a plume of pink clouds rose from behind the wall of rocks and slowly spread across the heavenly body.
So did the lake. As if I was looking at the sky upside down.
Completely mesmerized, I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. No, I couldn’t decided where to hold my gaze at.
The sky, or the lake.
As if the what would come next didn’t matter.
