Waited for wind to stop blowing
REFLECTION OF ROCK FORMATIONS
It was around 10 am when I left High Lake and headed back down, past Long Lake, which was at below tree line, to the meadow that I was to cross. The wind hardly died down, which helped keep the mosquitoes at bay. I walked past one of the small ponds near the now swampy and marshy meadow due to the abundant amount of water flowing. I decided to take a break there and waited for the wind to stop blowing, and it did, and I was able to capture the clear reflection of the rock formations at the opposite side of the pond along with Cirque Peak in the background.
